About Vultures
Vultures fly messages for the
mornachts--especially to and from Earth. (Birds are bi-dimensional creatures and
do not need to morph to fully exist in either dimension.) The hawks and members of
the Elysian military often call vultures "scroungers." Many RSO's would prefer
to shoot any vulture they see, but they can't because some vultures have
officially remained neutral.
